City Nazim Mustafa Kamal, under section 144, has banned with immediate effect establishing illegal markets of sacrificial animals for 30 days through out Karachi excluding six areas.
The six areas where setting up of animal markets have been permitted include Main Hub River Road near Mazar Walayat Ali Shah in Baldia Town; Main Super Highway Scheme-33 Karachi; Shah Latif Town Sector-22 Bin Qasim Town; Bakra Piri Road Malir Town; Khurramabad Ground near Rice Godown, Mehran Highway Landhi and Main Manghopir Road near Javedan Cement Factory, SITE Town.
