In order to monitor speed of running vehicles, Capital traffic police would install 42 radars in different capital highways. Senior Superintend of Police Traffic, Sultan Azam Taimuri in an interview with PPI said that installation process of radar would be finalised in February.
The main highways where radar would be installed, include Kashmir Highway, Islamabad Highway and other main roads. He said that owing to the installation of radar the traffic mishaps ratio would definitely be reduced. Capital Traffic police would be provided more vehicles in the next few weeks, he added.
