The January vaida was unchanged and the March vaida was higher on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Monday as needy indulged in hectic buying to meet the urgent requirements, dealers said.
The January commenced unchanged at Rs 449.50 and that proved to be day's best at the same level and closing was also seen at the equal level, dealers said.
The March vaida followed suit and opened inert at Rs 460.80 and that proved to be day's lowest at the same level and market retained the rates till close, they said.
In the process of trading, it gained Rs 1.60 to be day's best at Rs 462.60 and market settled at the same rate.
