The Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) is organising a two-week training programme for executives and officers of the Central Bank of Afghanistan. The 25 Afghan bankers would attend the programme that starts from February 20. IBP has developed a comprehensive programme that would be conducted by the senior and qualified bankers.
The Institute has already conducted eight training programmes in Kabul for different target groups. The IBP has plans to increase its teaching role in 2006 to benefit more people from the banking and finance sectors.
