US President George W Bush, during his visit to Islamabad, would miss chicken and eggs in banquet to be hosted for him by the President Pervez Musharraf in the Presidency on March 4.
A report said because of bird flue fear, no dish of chicken and eggs would be served during President Bush's stay in Pakistan. Menu of the banquet comprised mutton, rice, mixture of vegetables, salad, fresh and dry fruits and variety of juices.
