City District Nazim Rana Zahid Tauseef has said no negligence, incompetence or lethargy in the disposal of wastewater from Nishatabad area would be tolerated.

He asked the Wasa M D to utilise all his powers and take notice of all irregularities. In case of violation by some units, its water should be stopped from entering Wasa drain and that legal action was taken against all such defaulters. Wasa M D was directed to ensure that the water of Shamasabad area was not put in the drain when Aysha Mill water was being put in there and that Aysha Mill's water was not put in when the Shamasabad area water was being put in the Wasa drain to avoid overflow in the said drain.
The City District Nazim directed Wasa M D to lift the silt thrown along the road during de-silting within four days.
