Lucky Cement Limited has claimed that it has emerged as the largest exporter of cement from Pakistan. Talking to Business Recorder on Wednesday, Executive Director A R Thaplawala said that during the period from July 1, 2005 to February 28, 2006, Lucky Cement exported 218,000 tonnes of cement to Afghanistan and Middle East.
He said the daily production of the plant was around 10,000 tonnes.
