Minor changes were seen in the rupee-dollar parity rates in the iner-bank market on Saturday for buying and selling at 59.93 and 59.95, dealers said.
Slight increase in the supply position helped the rupee to recover its losses and the rates may show mixed trend versus the dollar in the coming days, they said.
In the world markets, the dollar managed to hold its level versus the major currencies on encouraging US service data, they said.
OPEN MARKET RATES: The rupee maintained its level versus the dollar for buying at 60.00 while it shed five paisa for selling at 60.10, they said.
The rupee, however, lost 70 paisa in terms of the euro for buying and selling at Rs 72.00 and Rs 72.10 in process of trading, they said.

RUPEE IN LAHORE: The rupee marginally improved its worth by five-paisa in relation to the greenback in the local currency markets on Saturday.
According to the currency dealers, the dollar resumed trading at overnight closing rates of Rs 60.00 and Rs 60.10 as its buying and selling rates, respectively. Due to lacking buying support, the dollar started loosing its worth. At the end of trading, the dollar was closed at Rs 59.95 and Rs 60.05 on buying and selling sides, respectively, the dealers added.
However, the local currency remained under pressure in relation to the pound sterling. The British pound was purchased at Rs 104.85 and was sold at Rs 105.15 as compared to previous closing rate of Rs 104.30 and Rs 104.70, the dealers added.
RUPEE IN ISLAMABAD AND RAWALPINDI: The rupee remained firm against the dollar at the open currency markets of Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Saturday.
The dollar opened at Rs 60.00 (buying) and Rs 60.10 (selling) against the previous rate. It did not witness any further change in the evening session and closed at Rs 60.00 (buying) and Rs 60.10 (selling).
The pound sterling opened at Rs 104.80 (buying) and Rs 105 (selling) against the previous rate. It did not observe any further change in the second spell and closed at Rs 104.80 (buying) and Rs 105 (selling).
