The royalty, government receiving on oil and gas, has surged in the wake of their price hiking. According to figures, the finance Ministry released, the royalty on oil and gas received by the government during the first six months of the current fiscal year soared by 26 per cent due to hike in their prices, PTV World reported on Saturday.
