The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) headed by Judge Safdar Malik has fixed March 14 for final arguments in the case pertaining to suicide attack on the life of the Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz in village Jaffer, Tehsil Fateh Jang, district Attock.
Earlier the court concluded recording of the prosecution and defence evidence, etc of the prosecution and defence witnesses. A suicide attack was made on the life of the Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz soon after addressing an election meeting during his bye-election as Member National Assembly (MNA) from Fateh Jang-Hassan Abdal, Attock. Eight accused including Qari Sardar Zia, Qari Abdul Basit, Qari Mohammed Suleman, Mohammad Azam are facing the charges.
