US coffee futures finished steady on Wednesday, finding light support from speculative and trade buying amid firm physical prices together with market worries about flagging crop prospects in top exporter Brazil, traders said.
The New York Board of Trade's active arabica contract for May delivery settled up 0.05 cent at $1.0865 per lb, after trading from $1.0825 to $1.0960 - inside the previous day's trading range.
July likewise firmed 0.05 cent to end at $1.1115 a lb and back months concluded up 0.30 cent to off 0.10 cent.
