A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has sent a letter to President of Pakistan requesting him not to celebrate Basant in Lahore.
M.D. Tahir in his letter to President said that innocent people of Lahore are losing their lives due to sharp kite flying thread. He said President being head of state is responsible to take action against delinquency of the provincial governments and requested him not to celebrate Basant.
