Haq Nawaz Baloch, Judge, Anti Terrorism Court (ATC-V) for Karachi Division on Saturday sought a report about whereabouts of two absconders, Braham Dagh Bugti, grandson of Akbar Khan Bugti, and Abdul Hameed Bugti, wanted in PIDC blast case.
When the hearing in the blast case commenced on Saturday, the ATC Judge inquired about the fate of non-bailable warrants (NBWs) issued against the alleged absconders and what efforts were made, and progress if any to arrest them.
The Court put off further hearing till March 15, directing the Investigating Officer (1O) Inspector Tariq to make a report by next date of hearing.
Three persons were killed and 21 sustained injuries when a car-bomb exploded outside PIDC House which also houses PPL offices.
Two accused Mengla Khan Baloch and Aziz Khan Baloch were arrested a day after the incident of November 15, 2005 by city police.
