SCBA invites Benazir and Nawaz for telephonic address

The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has invited former prime ministers Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif to address the bar on telephone.
Talking to reporters, SCBA President Malik Mohammad Qayyum said besides Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif, several other leaders of the PPP and PML-N, including Shahbaz Sharif and Amin Faheem had also been invited to address the apex bar.
Responding to a query, Malik Qayyum said, "I had met with Mian Nawaz Sharif as well as Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday last in Dubai and both of them wanted to come back, however, there are several restrictions over them, barring their return".
He said Nawaz Sharif was set to unify the PML-N and in this regard a two-day meeting of the PML-N Central Executive Committee has been convened in London on March 23-24 in which key decisions would be made.
