Gas supply to all CNG stations being set up on highways would be ensured. Director General Gas Saadullah Shah said talking to CNG Dealers Association's representatives, a private TV channel reported.
Later, the Association's chairman Abdul Sami Khan said the Ministry of Petroleum officials had assured the Sui Southern and Sui Northern would ensure regular gas supply to CNG stations.
While in Sindh, gas would be supplied at an enhanced pressure of 15-PSI (pressure per square inch) instead of eight.
He added that campaign regarding the safe use of gas cylinders would be launched and the law relating to getting the 5-year old cylinders checked and tested would be strictly implemented.
