A 24-year-old American woman from Spanaway, Washington is facing charges of assault of a child, criminal mistreatment and possession/ unlawful delivery of a controlled substances – in this case, heroin - to person(s) under the [legal?] age of 18.
According to a Washington local News outlet, Child protective services having had launched an investigation into the matter and the indicted duo, mother, Ashlee hutt and her boyfriend, Leroy Mclver back in May 2015; found the controlled substance Heroin amongst other drug-related paraphernalia amongst rat feces, unkempt lodgings and three children aged 6, 4 and 2 years old.
Beddings infested with vermin, the children would be put to sleep when the mother and the boyfriend would like clockwork, routinely give the children the drug under the guise of calling it a ‘sleeping juice’ or ‘feel good medicine’.
Some foreign media also reported that Ashlee’s 6-year-old son revealed that the boyfriend also physically abused his sisters and him.

Authorities also found all three children had bruising, scratches [owing to the junkies’ itch] and needle marks consistent with heroin administration.
Following the conclusion of their investigation, Child Protective Services removed all three children from the home and placed them in foster care.
