CNG kits

I fully endorse the view of Hafiz Syed Moiz Hasan regarding thefts of CNG Kits. If any car is stolen for theft of CNG kit it is obvious that a few hours will be spent on dismantling the CNG kit and any hideout would be required for doing this activity.
The simple solution of eradicating this menace is that the authorities should keep strict vigilance and take steps to tighten the noose around the culprits. Above all, the main obstacles such as influence, political affiliation, greasing the palm or any other way should not be entertained and no culprit should go unpanished.
It is crystal clear fact that it will take time to mend but if the authorities take initiative to bring to book the offenders and put every culprit behind the bar, a good atmosphere would automically emerge which will bring respect to the efficiency, honesty, diligence of the authorities.
