Ahmad Waqar, Secretary, Petroleum & Natural Resources, on Thursday advised the petrol pump owners and dealers to formulate proposals to address their concerns arising due to the recent rationalisation of margins calculation.
He was presiding over a meeting with a delegation of Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association, led by its Chairman Abdul Sami Khan at PSO House.
In a statement, the secretary petroleum also appreciated the dealer efforts towards maintaining their quality standards and better services being provided to the customers as well as taking back the strike call.
The dealers highly appreciated the patient hearing of their concerns on the revision of the margins and other issues. They hoped that sympathetic consideration would be given to review their proposals on margin rationalisation, which will be forwarded by the dealers' association soon.
The meeting was attended by dealers from all over the country including Director General (Oil), Sabar Hussain, PSO Managing Director, Jalees Ahmed Siddiqi and other PSO officials.-PR
