The 16th Vietnam international trade fair, Vietnam Expo-2006, will be held from April 5-9. More than 200 companies from 14 countries, including Pakistan, will participate in the fair.
Special booths have been set up for Vietnam's big trading partners, including Germany, the Republic of Korea (ROK), China and Japan. In addition to that, there will be companies from potential markets like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Six countries, including Cuba, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, Myanmar and China, have said that they will have their national booths.
Vietnamese enterprises have booked 450 booths, raising the total estimated booths to 700, covering the whole area of the Giang Vo Exhibition Centre.
In addition to displaying and introducing their products, companies will also participate in a workshop on agricultural products and exported processed food quality control. There will also be several other discussions on economy and trade between Vietnamese and foreign enterprises.
