At least five persons have died and another 12 injured, four of them are serious when a van carrying circus fans collided with a parked trolley in a bid to overtake a truck near Jalalpur Pirwala town at 3am on Monday.
The seriously injured passengers were removed to Nishtar Hospital Multan.
According to details, a Toyota Hiace wagon No 3546/LOK was going to Jalalpur Pirwala with the circus spectators who were returning home at 3:00am.
In a bid to overtake a truck it collided with a tractor trolley resultantly four persons died on the spot while another passenger died on way to hospital.
