Seven children were burned to death Friday in a fire that engulfed their home in the northern Indian state of Haryana, police said.
The victims, aged between two and six years, were trapped in their blazing house in the state's Rohtak district and died before neighbours could douse the flames, the Press Trust of India quoted police as saying. Four of the killed children were girls. Accident occurred while their parents were away.
