Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will conduct a Full Scale Emergency Exercise on Tuesday (April 18) at Jinnah International Airport here to test the response of all concerned agencies involved in aircraft accident /incident as per Airport Accident Plan.
An Airbus (A-130) jet aircraft will be available for this purpose. All the agencies concerned will actively participate in the exercise.
The exercise will enable the management to assess the prompt response and coordination between all the agencies in case of emergency at the airport.
The fire-brigade service and hospitals/ambulance services of the city will also be called to attend the exercise.
