PSC issue: differences between AJK President and Prime Minister

Serious differences prevail between AJK President Major General Sardar Mohammed Anwar Khan (Retd) and Prime Minister Sardar Sikander Hayat Khan over the issue of tenure of the members of AJK Public Service Commission (PSC).
The Prime Minister 's Secretariat has sent a summary to the AJK president for two years extension in tenure of the PSC members.
The president, however, turned down the advice of the PM and dismissed extension plea. He sought submission of the list containing names of new PSC members.
