Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), standing committee on women entrepreneurs and Triple-E (Pvt) Limited, an event management company, are jointly organising the first international conference on women leadership and women excellence awards 2006 at Karachi on May 12 and 13, 2006.
Rukhsana Jahangir, Chairperson of FPCCI standing committee on Women entrepreneurs, stated this. She said that on the first day of the conference, foreign speakers as well as speakers from Pakistan will make their presentation and encourage other women to learn from their experiences.
Dr Masoumma Al-Mubarak, Minister for Planning and Administrative Development Kuwait, Dr Shamshad Akhtar, Governor State Bank of Pakistan, Shabana Aazmi Indian Actress, Jia Paradah Indian politician and Fatima Surriya Bajeeya Advisor to Chief Minister of Sindh will address the moot.
Panel discussion will be held on different topics and the celebrities from different walks of life will exchange their views.
On second day session, excellence awards will be given to those women who have contributed in their respective fields, for the development of their country.-PR
