Bears dominated the proceedings on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities failed to show recovery signs amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was minus by 12 points as the Ten Index moved from 3,444.25 to 3,432.25 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 710,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 471,300 shares. A total of 138 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (80) closed in negative territory, 57 showed positive signs, whereas one company remained pegged to its previous level.
The turnover of PTCL was 277,700 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 173,400 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qsim was 41,000 shares.
