Sindh University releases Rs 0.76 million bursary

The University of Sindh (SU) has released Rs 760,600 as Full and half freeship and bursary to the deserving students on merit-cum-poverty basis.
A high level meeting of "Freeship Committee" presided over by its convenor Dr Muhammad Yar Khuhawar, Dean, Faculty of Natural Science, recommended 820 boys and girls students of all institutes and departments for full and half-freeship and bursary.
The meeting reviewed the applications recommended by the heads of the Institutes and departments of the University and recommended 862 candidates for scholarships on merit-cum-poverty basis.
