Necessary arrangements are being finalised for the establishment of a cadet college in Pasrur tehsil of Sialkot district. The first phase of this proposed Cadet College would be accomplished at cost of Rs 220 million.
The official told Business Recorder here on Friday that the proposed Cadet College would be developed over 150 acres land and it would be second Cadet College after Hassan Abdal Cadet College.
A large number of students from Sialkot district, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Narowal, Wazirabad, Hafizabad, Jehlum and other adjoining districts would be able to obtain quality education in this proposed cadet college and initial development work on cadet college would be started in near future.
Apart from this, the regular functioning of the proposed Cadet College would also be helpful in banishing the backwardness and open new vistas of development and prosperity in tehsil Pasrur, the sources added.
