Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry here on Sunday directed the judges of Peshawar High Court and subordinate courts to uphold the rich quality and norms set by the country's judiciary by utilising all professional capabilities for dispensation of justice to the people.
He expressed these views during an impressive ceremony here at Peshawar High Court in which a remembrance souvenir was presented to him.
PHC CJ Justice Tariq Pervez Khan, judges of the PHC and the sub-ordinate courts were also present on the occasion. Justice Iftikhar said the performance of PHC was being effective under the dynamic leadership of PHC Chief Justice Tariq Pervez Khan.
