In Balochistan, some elements do not want development in the province to achieve their set designs. Balochistan Home Minister Shoaib Nosherwani said talking to BBC.
He strongly condemned the recent blast in Quetta, adding the elements behind such incidents wanted Balochistan to remain backward. Actually, some vested elements are involved behind such incidents, he added.
To a question he said, talks should be held with the people who want to see progress and security of the nation. Talks should also be held with the Sardars' provided, they want to see progress of the country, accept the state, law of the land and present their arguments accepting the law of the state, he added.
He said, talks and dialogues were arranged several times, but the anti-development people created hurdles.
Nosherwani said, a big development process was going on in the province.
Gwadar, he said would bring in a big economic change in Balochistan.
