Pakistan Muslim League Women's Wing Central Information Secretary Farzana Malik on Sunday condemned the statement of leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian Sheeren Rehman regarding the Kalabagh Dam.
In a statement issued here Farzana Malik opposing the statement of PPPP leader Sheeren Rehman, said instead of just opposing the valuable projects of water reservoirs, like Kalabagh Dam, the opposition should come forward with suggestions and proposals to resolve the water crisis in the country.
Farzana Malik said the present government had been taking measures to create consensus among all stakeholders and willing to start construction on all the water reservoirs including Kalabagh Dam as Pakistan needed energy and water to achieve its goals of development.
