Pakistan Railways would launch the fastest non-stop train between Rawalpindi and Lahore from May 22, Monday. The Prime Minister or Minister for Railways would launch the train, sources in Pakistan Railways said here on Thursday.
They said that the train having air-condition, and economy class coaches would be inaugurated on May 22 at Rawalpindi Railway Station and, after a ceremony, the train would be seen of for Lahore. Sources said that the train named as Margalla Express, would leave Rawalpindi railway station daily at 7:00am and reach Lahore at 11:00am. The train would start from Lahore daily at 6:00pm in the evening and reach Rawalpindi at 10:00pm.
