The Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has de-listed Worldcall Communications Ltd; WorldCall Broadband Ltd and Worldcall Multimedia Ltd form its ready board quotations with effect from June 9, 2006 in view of their merger into Worldcall Telecom Ltd.
The shareholders of Worldcall Communications Ltd, Worldcall Broadband Ltd, Worldcall Multimedia Ltd and Worldcall Telecom Ltd in their respective annual meetings held on April 15, 2006 had approved the scheme of the arrangement of these entities which was approved by the Lahore High Court (LHC) vide its letter dated April 24, 2006, a notification issued by the LSE said.
Abamco Funds: Following the merger of Abamco Capital Fund, Abamco Stock Market Fund and Abamco Growth Fund into UTP-Growth Fund, the Lahore Stock Exchange has also decided to de-list these three funds from ready board quotations w e f June 6, 2006.
