A division bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday adjourned till June 14, the proceedings in a petition against private colleges and universities working without affiliation with Higher Education Commission (HEC) as secretary education sought time to submit reply to the petition.
The petitioner Hassan Qadir, a member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has approached the court against the respondent for playing with future of the students. He prayed to the court to direct the respondent HEC to take action against those educational institutions working without affiliation with the HEC.
