Three new members of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Khyber (BoK) from private sector have been elected unopposed, while the fourth nominee was declared ineligible, sources told Business Recorder on Tuesday.
For persons had filed nominations for the three seats. Those elected are Etrat Hussain Rizvi, Mohammad Asif, and Mohammad Shakir Siddiqui, while the nomination of Saeed-ur-Rehman was rejected as not qualified for being member of the Board.
An EGM of the shareholders of the bank is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31 to approve the election of new Directors.
