The Chief Justice of High Court of Sindh has ordered transfer and posting of District and Sessions Judges, Additional District and Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges, Civil Judges/Judicial Magistrates with immediate effect and in the public interest.
Accordingly on promotion Khadim Hussian Tunio, District and Sessions Judge, Malir has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Jacobabad vice Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar transferred.
On promotion Irshad Ali Shah, District and Session Judge, Jacobabad has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Ghotki.
Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar, District and Session Judge, Jacobabad has been directed to report to High Court of Sindh.
On promotion from Senior Civil Judge to Additional District and Session Judge, Naheed Iqbal, Senior Civil Judge, Karachi South has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Session Judge, Malir, Karachi vice Irfan Hussain Siddiqui transferred.
On promotion from Senior Civil Judge to Additional District and Session Judge, Nizar Ali Khawaja, Senior Civil Judge, Larkana has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Session Judge, Malir, Karachi vice Khadim Hussain Tunio promoted.
On promotion from Senior Civil Judge to Additional District and Session Judge, Iqbal Ahmed Khawaja, Senior Civil Judge, Karachi South has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Session Judge, Kandiaro against the post lying vacant.

Meanwhile, the Chief Justice Sindh High Court has directed Abdul Rasool Memon, District and Session Judge Ghotki to join his new assignment as Special Judge (Central) Hyderabad.
