Bail cancelled

An additional district and sessions judge, Lahore, on Thursday cancelled the bail of Arif Zahoor involved in a fraud case. Earlier Mian Muhammad Kashif, counsel of respondent Ajmal Kanju contended before the court that the applicant a textile mills director made a deal and issued two fake cheques, which were dishonoured.
A criminal case was got registered against Arif but he approached the court for bail. He said that the applicant did not deserve any lenient view and prayed to the court to cancel his bail.
