KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) Thursday rejected an appeal lodged by the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) against the bail of MQM leader Amir Khan in a case registered for harbouring alleged terrorists.
A two-judge bench heard the appeal and rejected it.
The counsel of the Rangers submitted in the appeal before the that there were evidences against Amir Khan and keeping in view the same his bail be rejected.
The court on unsatisfactory reply by the appellant rejected it.
