Prices moved both ways on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Friday amid thin volume, dealers said. The July was unchanged at Rs 545.00 and closing was seen at the same level, they said.
The August vaida commenced at Rs 604.00. Later, it gained Rs 4.00 to be highest at Rs 608.00 and closing was seen at the same level. In process of trading it lost Rs 2.00 to be day's lowest at Rs 606.00.
The next December vaida showed no change at Rs 515.50 in the openning. Later, it gained just 10 paisa to be day's best at Rs 515.60, later it lost Rs i.70 lowest for the day at Rs 513.90 and closing was seen at Rs 514.30, they said.
