Frequent electricity break down, in outskirts of Rawalpindi has made the life of citizens sleepless and miserable.
People living in Bakra Mandi, Tench Bhata, Harley street, Kamalabad, Dhamial, Ahmedabad, Quaid-e-Azam Colony, Liaquat Colony, Mohra Chapar, Gulshan-e-Saeed and Ashraf Colony have complained that frequent power breakdowns have become an order of the day now.
A resident of Chakri Road complained unwarranted load shedding and power fluctuations have damaged his refrigerator and other appliances. "I have time and again talked to the IESCO high officials but of no use and they are not ready to hear people", he added.
