Mixed trend was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Wednesday as there was good buying to meet the near-term needs, dealers said.
The July vaida opened unchanged at Rs 545.00 this proved to be day's lowest and closing was also seen at the same level. In process of trading, it gained Re.one to be day's best at Rs 546.00.
The August vaida commenced unchanged at Rs 600.00 and closing was also seen at the same level, dealers said. The December vaida opened inert at Rs 508.70. later, it gained sharply to be day's highest at Rs 510.20. During the day it lost Rs 3.10 to be day's bottom at Rs 507.10 and market settled at the same level, they said.
