The first-ever International Property Exhibition and Conference (IPEC) will be held from July 7 to 9 at a local hotel. According to organisers here on Thursday, IPEC 2006 will attract many eminent local and international speakers for the conferences, which will bring diverse nations, ideologies and people together to comment on real estate and property.
Experts from India, Malaysia will be speaking at burning issues in the real estates around the world benefiting Pakistani real estate business. Renowned real estate expert from India Mrs Renu Sud Karnad, Executive Director, Housing Development Finance Corporation, (HDFC) has confirmed her participation in IPEC conferences.
The participants will discuss the introduction of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Pakistan.
