Thin business was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Saturday as many buyers kept on the sidelines due to lack of interest, dealers said. The July vaida commenced at Rs 545.00 and closing was seen at the same level.
The August vaida followed suit and opened with no change at Rs 600.00 and closing was seen at the same rate, they said.
The December vaida opened at Rs 507.10. Later, it gained Rs 1.40 to be day's best at Rs 508.50. In process of trading it shed Rs 3.00 to be day's bottom at Rs 505.50 and market settled at Rs 506.70.
