Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah al Ahmed al Jabar Al Sabah would arrive here on two-day official visit on Monday. This would be Emir's first visit to Pakistan since he assumed office last January.
The Emir would be heading a high level delegation including Kuwait 's foreign minister and deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Dr Mohammed Sabah al-Salem Al-Sabah and ministers for energy, finance, leading businessmen and investors, officials of commerce ministry and representatives of the Kuwait chamber of commerce and industry. During his visit the Emir would meet President Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz.
A number of agreements and Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) would be signed by the concerned ministers and officials to further promote bilateral ties and trade relations between the two brotherly countries.
