PPP Punjab President Qasim Zia has said that Ms Benazir Bhutto would celebrate her 53rd birthday with PPP workers in Pakistan. He was addressing the PPP workers gathered in party's Punjab office here to celebrate 52nd birthday ceremony of Ms Benazir Bhutto.
Among others Sajjad Bokhari, Naveed Chaudhry, Farzana Raja, Iqbal Sialvi, Azizur Rehman Chan, Sajida Mir and Shamim Niazi spoke on the occasion.
Qasim Zia said that government is afraid of charter of democracy and loosing its popularity day by day. He said that people have confidence in the leadership of Ms Benazir Bhutto; hence, the government should allow her and other exiled leaders to come back to their homeland. He said that Musharraf is bent upon to get him elected from the present assemblies.
He called upon the PPP workers to actively participate in the party activities and be ready for the next general elections.
