Wheat futures at the Chicago Board of Trade were lower early on Thursday on a profit-taking setback after the strong gains on Wednesday, traders said. "We had a pretty good run-up and I think it's just setting back a little," a trader said.
At 10:04 am CDT (1504 GMT), CBOT wheat was down 1 to 3 cents per bushel, with July down 2 cents at $3.70 per bushel. September was down 1-3/4 at $3.87-1/2. FIMAT USA sold 400 September, pit sources said.
