High-end running shoes be hurting you
New research suggests that runners who wear padded running shows are more prone to injuries as opposed to health aficionados who opt for minimal trainer shoes.
Runners, wearing cushioned joggers or running shows land on their heels instead of the balls of their feet resulting in sudden vertical impact force each time a foot lands on the ground.
According to various media reports, researchers compared the two differencing samples as to how swiftly the force would act when a runners foot would hit the ground whose accumulation is called the loading rate; which has been proved to influence injuries reaching as far as the shoulders and neck.
The study of 29 joggers concluded that those who wear minimal trainers would land on the ball of their feet experience significantly lower loading rates as compared to their counterparts all the while saving huge costs as far as run of the mill running-specific trainer shoes are concerned.
