Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has convened cabinet meeting on July 12 to discuss different national issues. The Cabinet Division on Friday issued notice to all ministries that Cabinet meeting would be held on Wednesday, but gave no formal agenda for the meeting.
However, an official told Business Recorder that the Cabinet would discuss the electric load shedding issue in detail, which has not only disturbed the normal life throughout the country, but has also jammed industrial production.
He said that some of the proposals submitted by different ministries would also be discussed, besides law and order situation and development in the political arena.
