Grams prices moved up modestly in the grain market on Tuesday as demand was higher amid tight supply position, dealers said. On the grams side, gram garda Punjab was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 2950-3025, gram dal Punjab followed suit and picked up the same amount at Rs 3400-3475.
Yellow peas inched up with a slight increase of Rs 15 to Rs 1385-1450. Beetle chana No 1 gained Rs 100 to Rs 3100-3175, beetle 50x50 lost sharply at Rs 3000-3075. Dall beetle was at Rs 3600-3675, they said. Other commodities did not show any change in process of trading.
