The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of two sub-inspectors Muhammad Saddique and Muhammad Riaz when deputy inspector general of Gujranwala police informed the court that the respondents are not traceable.
The court passed these orders during the course of proceedings in a petition filed by one Shafqat Hussain of Pindi Bhattian who approached the court against the respondent for involving him in a fake narcotics case.
The court had called the DIG who appeared before the court and informed that the respondent officials are not being traced out. The court after hearing the DIG issued non-bailabale arrest warrants of the police officials and directed to produce them before the court.
