Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP) Chairperson Benazir Bhutto has rejected Islamabad's involvement in Mumbai bomb blasts, adding there is no evidence to support this charge.
In an interview, Benazir Bhutto said it would prove that President Pervez Musharraf has failed to control militancy if Lashkar-e-Taiba is involved in Mumbai bombings. She said it could not as yet been proved that Pakistan is involved in the blasts.
She said all training camps should be closed down if they were not closed so far, adding she would close them down if comes to power.
To a question, Benazir Bhutto said the Kashmir issue should not be a hurdle in normalisation of ties between the two countries because India and China enjoy cordial relations though they have some issues of conflict.
Benazir said they should make efforts for friendly ties despite the presence of Kashmir dispute.
She pointed out Pakistan could not give dictation to Kashmiris and they would themselves take decision about their future.
Benazir noted President Musharraf has supported of finding solution of the Kashmir issue without the UN resolutions.
